Captions24Hrs provides a custom caption service for small businesses and content creators. Each order includes:
All services are delivered digitally via email within 24 hours from payment, provided the required order form has also been received.
All orders must be accompanied by a complete order form or brief. Orders are considered active once payment has been received and the required form has been submitted. Pricing is as listed on our website and is subject to change without notice, though previously confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.
We currently accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
We guarantee delivery within 24 hours by email. The 24-hour timer starts only when both payment and the completed order form have been received.
If we miss the 24-hour deadline after receiving both payment and the completed form, you are entitled to a full refund.
One round of revisions is included with each order. Revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Additional revision rounds are available for $10 each. A revision is defined as adjustments to existing captions based on your original brief. Changes that represent a new direction, new product, or substantially different brief may be treated as a new order.
Once delivered, you own the captions included in your order. You may publish, modify, and repurpose them across any social media platform or marketing channel.
Captions24Hrs may showcase anonymized examples of delivered work in marketing materials.
Refunds are available only if we miss the 24-hour delivery deadline after receiving both payment and the completed order form.
No refunds are available for change of mind, completed orders delivered within the 24-hour deadline, or requests that substantially change the original brief after delivery.

Captions24Hrs provides copywriting services to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee specific engagement rates, follower growth, or revenue outcomes. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, posting times, and audience behaviour.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captions24Hrs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We collect and use your information solely to fulfil your orders and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
